About Donna
I am an experienced educator, I teach actors of all ages acting, improvisation, audition technique, how to break down a scene, character development and everything they need to know about the film/ television industry. I use my own successful method:The MCKENNA Method.
I create a fun safe environment for actors of all levels to learn, create and grow.
I am an award winning producer and independent casting director. I teach film, acting and producing your career workshop at many renowned film and acting studios worldwide. I coach students in person and online.
I love to offer guidance and encouragement to all regarding the industry and advise everyone on how they can prepare and market themselves, their careers and projects and to never give up on their dreams.

Member of New York Women in Film & Television
I have been on the film business for over 25 years.
I am an award winning casting director.
