About Stephen
I offer on-camera acting coaching via Zoom (and rarely in-person in Los Angeles). I've been an actor for over 25 years, working in network televison and feature film. The majority of my bookings are for professional actor's self-tapes, in which I first coach them on performance and then I act as a reader while they shoot it.
Helping actors both book and KEEP jobs is exciting for me. Watching actors go from getting lots of callbacks to actually getting jobs is extremely rewarding.

Stephen was coaching an actress on the set of an HBO show I was shooting and when I asked the actress for his info she wouldn't give it to me. LOL... Luckily I found him here cuz I now use him to coach all my important self-tapes. He is my secret weapon for turning "meh" sides into a great selftape.
After coaching a selftape with Stephen I booked a primetime network guest spot! He is amazing.
I wish Stephen still had his Westside location, but I still drag myself to Hollywood because he is so awesome. He always has amazing tips that I would never hear from anyone else. I booked three jobs specifically because of the direction he gave me for approaching the material. Love, love, love! :-)
The producer of my series hired Stephen to work with me on-set. He is great at what he does and is a really calming influence when working on a stressful project. Now I work with him regularly, keeping my skills sharp even when I don't have auditions.
When I have a really challenging audition scene I always call Stephen first. He both helps me find a way to make a scene better and prepares me for what to expect at an audition or on the set.
Have studied with Stephen for years. He's awesome at fine-tuning performance for on-camera auditions and jobs.
