About Racquel
We build a curriculum catering to each individual actor. Each actor has a set of life experiences that make them unique and special and we want to nurture that uniqueness.
I began teaching music lessons in high school to some of my fellow students. I never thought of really perusing it until I worked at Bank Street College where I taught singing lessons. From then on I loved teaching! I graduated with my masters in acting and I began teaching ever since!
I have a bachelors in acting as well as a masters degree from The New School for Drama.

We will always begin by creating goals. This will look different for each student. I want our first class to be about really getting to know each other. That way we can reach goals and accumulate skills together!
I've worked with a wide range of people. Some with little to no knowledge of the subject matter and some who were well versed in the subject matter.
