I approach each topic by observing the student, understanding their work and work ethic and listening to their problems. I'd rather work with the student and have them involved in their lesson plans than make them up myself. I had several students from GCSE to A Level, each wanting something different from their lessons. I have worked with students with C/B average and got them at least one grade higher. I have taught students with learning difficulties or just general content difficulties
