About TJ
Anything that my student goes through, I go through. Whether it's results or struggles, I care for my students and feel their emotions. That is the one characteristic I believe means the most when training others.
I really enjoy helping others who do not quite have the experience or knowledge in baseball, nutrition, and strength training. There is a lot to be learned and teaching others this information efficiently is so beneficial for long term success.
My attention to detail is the primary attribute that makes my services valuable. With 9 years of strength training, a degree in exercise science, 4 years of college baseball, 1 year pro, 4 years of coaching/training, and being partnered with the Mental Wellness company...My experience and knowledge brings a lot to the table.
After participating in one of Biopitch Baseball's velocity development camps in the winter of 2016-2017, I inquired about being a trainer.
That was my 5th time doing a velocity program of some sort. In October 2017, I began training ball players.

I have worked with ages 7-24 in velocity development camps, as a sports performance specialist at Redline Athletics, and as a coach for a 10-11 year old baseball team for 2 seasons.
