About Hghfc
My name is Jordan Torres. I have been playing baseball nearly my whole life. I played 4 years of varsity baseball at Lafayette High School in Brooklyn, NY. After that, I played 1 year of Division 1 baseball at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where I was sidelined after 22 games due to an elbow injury. The injury resulted in Tommy John surgery which I am still rehabing from. I have also worked for the Brooklyn Cyclones, a minor league affiliate for the New york Mets, as a Batboy/Clubhouse Assistant. I began coaching last summer and enjoy every minute of sharing my knowledge. I plan on returning to school in the Fall of 2019, but until then, will be coaching.
I love teaching the game. Each individual I teach provides a new opportunity for me to share my knowledge and I look forward to making an impact.
