About Abrah
I love teaching new things to other people and also learning from them to expand on my knowledge. I have been tutoring for around 4 years now but just within my peers or people from school so I am looking to expand! I want to help students achieve their goals because I know what it's like to lose your drive for something when you don't understand the material. Therefore, I want to make learning fun so people can get excited about learning again!
I originally got started tutoring to earn volunteer hours in High School and quickly fell in love with it. I like to see the spark when students finally understand the material and get excited about it.

For the first session, I enjoy just like talking to the student to get to know them and also learn about them as a student. This could include their learning styles, what they feel works and doesn't work when learning new material, and what they are hoping to gain from tutoring.
I have worked with both AP students as well as students in remedial classes and I believe that my experience with both types of students has helped me find out of the ordinary ways to help teach the material.
Look for someone who doesn't just want you to learn in their style but will work with you to find something that is unique and works for you.
I recently got into nursing school which is very exciting! I have a passion for learning and can't wait to see what all it brings!
