With a strong background in both college and professional basketball, I bring a wealth of experience to my role as a personal trainer. My collegiate and pro career provided me with deep insights into the demands of high-level basketball.
As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in sports performance and athletic conditioning, designing customized programs to enhance strength, agility, and overall athletic performance. My training philosophy is rooted in the principles I learned during my playing days, focusing on building a solid foundation of fitness and skills.
In addition to personal training, I also coach and provide individual skills training. My coaching approach emphasizes the development of fundamental skills, game IQ, and mental resilience, ensuring that each athlete I work with can maximize their potential both on and off the court.
