About Keegan
Hi, I’m Keegan! I was born and raised in the suburbs of Savannah, Ga and now live with my beautiful wife of 3 years in the downtown area. I’m an ACE certified personal trainer and teach group fitness classes. I have been in the industry for about 5 years and am loving every second of it!
I grew up playing sports, with football and basketball being my favorite. I still enjoy playing all sorts of sports and games. I also have a passion for health and nutrition. I’ve always loved being in the kitchen as a kid and would even get caught making my own PB&J’s at a young age. My love for food took me through culinary school, where I graduated and began working in a kitchen for a couple of years. After I realized that type of cooking wasn’t for me, my interest for a career in fitness grew and I pursued my personal training certification.
My goal is to teach, motivate and coach all my clients to live and achieve their healthiest lives. I enjoy merging my knowledge of food and fitness to help others learn the importance of eating healthy as well as gaining the most out of their workouts. I believe small changes are important and can help you reach your personal goals. Contact me today if you are interested training at downtown Savannah area!
