About Garrett
I'm not just a trainer whos going to give you random drills to do and hope you get better in certain areas, or at some point.
I'm going to give you workouts based on what areas you want to improve, but more importantly really breakdown the game into a Microscopic aspect so you can see the fine details and understand the multiple ways to look at the game but also to simplify it for you.
I look to get you to be an all around stand out player, after our workouts you will have homework to do. (Ex, drills to complete while im gone, or watch videos I send to you of moves/footwors)
If you want to be great, you have to put in the time.
I enjoy being able to help each individual grow towards the goals they have in the sport. (Dribilling, Shooting, Footwork, Passing, Defense, Make Reads, etc.) I want to show them efficient and effective ways to really take there game to the next level.
I have played basketball my entire life.
