About Eliza
I have a background in personal training so I can provide technical corrections to keep you safe and healthy. Arabic belly dance differs from other forms of belly dance as well - it's more about joy and relaxing!
I get to teach this beautiful and beneficial art form! It's truly a blessing to be able to help out others physically as well as improving their confidence!
I started teaching my friends who wanted to learn belly dance. Then I'd do short lessons with customers at restaurants where I would perform. Now I have a studio I work with where I do group classes!
I am a certified personal trainer of many years, and combining that with my belly dance background, I can provide safe and fun workouts

We will pinpoint where you hold your tension so we can work on learning how to release that and relax. We will work on improving your posture so you will have a proper base to be able to do bellydance movements.
I've worked with everyone. All shapes, sizes, genders, experience levels, and health levels.
Make sure they know how to keep you safe and prevent injury. There are a lot of bad teachers out there who will leave you feeling worse off. My background in personal training will make sure your body placements are ideal for your frame.
I recently attended a Bachata class at the studio where I was able to teach them how to break down and do body rolls for their Bachata dancing. The cross-over was really cool! I got to learn, and they got to learn!

Details
$50 for private lessons. Group lessons are donation based and 100% goes to the nonprofit studio I teach at. Suggested donations are $15-$10 per class, but pay what you want or can.
