I'm a fighter by trait, train all types of martial arts and golden gloves boxing trainer! Been in the fight Business since the 1970s
Train amateur MMA fighters and boxer I can teach in single or class settings rather teach just boxing if possible!
i teach technique and how to really fight with physical and mental training! Great for muscle building cardio and athleticism! Learn and understand what your body is capable of doing with your mind in control. I will teach you how relaxation can become your most powerful asset how a clear mind can make your body react!
