About Andres
I love seeing growth in my students and watching them learn how to defend themselves and stay fit at the same time.
I have been a certified personnel trainer for awhile now but I recently had a procedure done, which was an emergency neck surgery. I found out that it was a 30-40% fatality rate. That percentage of people were obese or didn't have the skeletal muscle mass to survive. I really wanted to start training people to keep them healthy and learn how to protect themselves.
I am NASM certified, ACE certified, have my CPTM and am a former pro mma fighter and have been doing one minimal form of martial art for over 18 years.

I walk them through the fundamentals and the down the line strikes, then will introduce foot work, after I feel they have mastered them steps I will have them throwing outside strikes for power. Last but not least I'll put it all together.
