About LaCadre
I'm Dre (Instagram @Lacadre). I work as a group fitness and boxing instructor in the DMV area. I competed as an amatuer kick-boxer in 2013-2014 and have since turned my passion for striking and fitness into a career and lifestyle. I currently am a certified personal trainer and certified USA Boxing Coach. I combine my knowledge of fitness and experince actually competing, to deliver an awesome workout that will center around your goals. Because of my experince working at two group fitness studios (Bash and Madabolic), I've worked with a wide range of individuals and I'm confident in my ability to help you reach the next level.
The best part of working as a fitness professional is watching an individual grow and become successful. There are many coaches/programs around that only promote getting a quick sweat and short term success. However, I like to structure my programing in way where a person builds a foundation and makes consistent workout and healthy living a lifestyle.
