About Abel
I specialize in growing new/beginner students who want to learn boxing fundamentals, improve skills already set, and instill confidence in those skills. I will ensure to fortify your desire to be fit, compete or learn boxing for self defense purposes. I have over 15 years of military hand to hand combat and combat sports experience. I've taught in and out of the gym, young and mature students and have the ability to cross plane to ensure you maximize your growth.
15 years of combined training through military on Modern Military Combatives, Air Force Fitness program manager. I have also been a Boxing/fitness trainer for Title Boxing Club and self defense instructor for The GRIT self defense in Columbia, SC.
