About Jay
I've been boxing for 10 years. Boxing is my passion. I named my business Still Got It because I want to remind myself that no matter what, I still got it. I can still box and get back in shape through boxing. I specialize in teaching beginners the fundamentals of boxing. I also use boxing to help my clients lose weight and get in shape.

I typically offer a free class to potential clients. During the free class, I introduce myself and meet the new potential student. Our agenda for the first class would be the following:
1. I introduce a boxing stretching routine
2. After stretching, I asses their jump rope ability.
3. After the jump rope fundamentals, I start teaching my new students the fundamentals of boxing.
