I had been slacking with my fitness routine and wanted to get back on track. I decided to give training with Oly a try and I am so happy that I did! We have been working together for a few weeks now and he really challenges and pushes me, which is exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are always new and different, and Oly is very attentive to safety and proper form. The gym is a nice semi-private facility which is appealing to me, as it is not your typical overcrowded health club. I highly recommend KO Fitness!
