About Andre
Hello I'm Andre and I have a passion for teaching! I teach boxing lessons for self defense and fitness. Boxing is an art that stays with you no matter who you are or where you are. With that being said, I've been fortunate enough to have taught friends, family members, and newcomers the art of boxing.
I walked into a gym 7 years ago, since then, not only have I learned from great trainers, I've changed my life abundantly! I'm constantly studying, perfecting my techniques and sharing that knowledge with others.
Health, discipline and routine are essentials in every day life. These essentials will be highlighted in every lesson.
Boxing is not just a sport for me it is a way of life. Teaching and witnessing people develop skills bring fulfillment to myself and my students.
I'm here to encourage you to be the best version of yourself!

New students will be sent a Boxing and Fitness Client Assessment Form. Upon completion, we will schedule our first lesson!
I work with children and adults. Beginners and intermediate leveled students are welcomed!
Students often get excited about hitting the bag and putting on gloves. Like all sports, fondation and the basics are important to learn before getting to the fun parts.
The basics will take you far! Comprehending boxing terminology, and safety are topics a student should ask about before choosing their teacher.

Yes, single lessons start at $55/hour for adults and $45/hour for children (6-17yrs) Each lesson includes boxing basics, intermediate or advanced boxing training (dependent upon students level)
Students may also choose weekly or monthly scheduled lessons listed below.
Weekly Lessons- Pick 3 Days per week, 1 hour per lesson (M-F after 3pm, Sat & Sun open time )-$135
Monthly Lessons- Pick 4 Days per week, 1 hour per lesson (M-F after 3pm, Sat & Sun open time)-$720
