About Sameer
Experienced in martial arts; competed locally in kickboxing and MMA, can also train clients in HIIT style workouts if they prefer that over boxing and currently pursuing a bachelors in Kinesiology with a passion in teaching.
There is nothing quite like helping someone in the physical aspect of their life; seeing their confidence blossom and their skills improve is a privilege that fuels my passion and commitment everyday!
