About Jessica

Hi! I'm a rising junior in Statistics/Machine Learning and Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University! I grew up in an area with little resources and wish I had the knowledge to get me ahead in this field for college. This industry is booming with innovation and is so diverse. I would love to spread my love for computer and data science in any way possible.

In the past, I've taught Python classes for the Blissful Us Coding Club and have casually tutored my peers. I have worked as a research assistant and on various personal projects throughout my life. For more about my experience, please see my LinkedIn below!

I am currently a student at Carnegie Mellon University for Statistics/Machine Learning and Computer Science. I have experience in research, IT, and have taken various course (listed on my LinkedIn profile) that requires me to keep up with my programming skills.

In high school, I spent time tutoring writing, computer science, and government to my peers.

About the lesson

I assess what the student currently knows, review materials for a refresher before studying topics that the student needs additional assistance with. I'll provide the students with studying techniques and tips to help ensure their success.
