About Tamara
Perfect Blend’s Kitchen online cooking classes for beginners and experts alike covers healthy cooking recipes inspired by Caribbean, Latin and American cuisine.
Our online and in-person cooking classes are hosted in small groups. You will have an opportunity to interact with the Chef, ask questions and practice your new skills under their guidance. Whether you are a kitchen novice or a seasoned home chef, our classes will expand your skills and make you a more confident and creative cook.
The love of cooking and entertaining has inspired me to provide clients with a unique, fun and relaxed environment for adults and children to learn cooking techniques and taste their own creations. Our mission is teach the benefits of cooking delicious healthy meals and show you that good food doesn’t have to be complicated. Our simple dishes using fresh ingredients, herbs and spices are easy to put together recipes that will awaken your tastebuds and inspire your inner chef!
I started teaching my children to cook at a young age. When I started my business in 2016 I began teaching customers how to incorporate my seasonings and sauces into their dishes. Leading to small cooking demos in my home and at friends and families homes.
I'm a home chef, tought by my grandmother and mother. My experience stems from years of mastering traditional caribbean and latin dishes. Also, teaching familes and friends how to make healthy yet simple dishes by cooking with fresh herbs and spices.

I'm proud to be a sponsor community care advocate for an agency that provides services to families and individuals with with special needs. I provide a live cooking class 2 a month to the residents of RCS Colorado. I'm happy to be part of this community in providing life skills activities to their clients.
