About Kyle
I fell into crochet. It wasn't a "guy thing" but I was recovering from surgery, and had WAY too much downtime. As a person in sobriety, downtime and in-my-head time can be a challenge. I was encouraged to try a handcraft, and crochet was an affordable option. As an addictions therapist, I teach it to my clients as well.
Its a natural transition as a therapist and crafter.
I am a professional addictions therapist with a master's degree, and cognitive behavioral therapy training.
As a crocheted, I learned on my own and added elements of mindfulness to my practice.
