About Dore
I am Doreiby known as Dore a woman of many talents and hats. I am the mommy to three beautiful children, an occupational and lymphedema therapist who decided to follow my heart and become a certified holistic health coach, fitness trainer, wellness cooking teacher, kids mindfulness and yoga teacher speaker, lifestyle blogger and founder of Robust Wholeness, Inc.
Family wellness and preventative education is my absolute passion. My approach infuses the mind, body and spirit. ☯️
I enjoy planting the seed and seeing how rewarding learning can be in the life of many individuals. As a professional I aim to teach realistic and customizing each class accordging to individual needs.
I began teaching four years ago when realized how big my passion for planting seeds and educating others on how simple small gradual changes can make an impact on our health.
I am an occupational and lymphedema therapist by degree specialized in several areas of Health & wellness. My certifications are: Certifed Health Coach through Mayo Clinic, Intergrative institue of nutrion and United States Health Coaching foundation a certification for medical practitioners only. I am certifed by the wellness cooking academy for cooking classes, Kidding around yoga and fitness trainer certified.
