Chef Grace is fantastic! She is an excellent teacher and a very accomplished chef. She is efficient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole experience is lovely. She has a charming venue and has all the ingredients at hand ready to be prepared. The food was fabulous and you actually prepared it yourself. She had containers for us to pack anything we wanted to take home and we wanted to and took it all. Did not feel rushed, the ambiance was great, all in all a terrific experience. I would not hesitate to learn from her again and recommend to anyone including friends and family.
