In nowadays people are very busy and it becomes very difficult to travel somewhere or go to the GYM.
I have been working on this project for a long time and finally I am ready to introduce my web-site with online recorded classes and courses as well as I am offering online personal training. I am willing to travel to students, or invite them to the Gyms and studios where I teach!!!!
I am a professional dancer and athelete. I have been teaching different types of classes since my 20s. I started with regular dance and aerobic classes and during the last 9 years I got deeply involved in yoga, personal training and nutrition. Any of the class increases flexibility and elasticity of the muscles and body tissues.
Within the last 10 years I got my 200hyt, personal trainer certification at NASM, group instructor certification, nutrition certification and barre certification. I keep reaching modern, jazz and funk style dance classes as well as barre and strength training.

there are many factors that influence on process for working with new students. But the main one is that I love what I do and I do what I love. That brings joy and relaxed atmosphere to my classes. I like to know a little bit about my students rather than simply teaching. I usually build up the program based on personal needs, lifestyle and any kind of injuries in the past and in the present.
i like to work hard with my students and usually my classes are orientated to increase strength, flexibility and agility (if it is needed).

The classes I teach at the GYM or a dance studio are based on their own price list and payment plan.
