I really enjoy taking fitness classes with Amy. I've taken a variety of classes lead by Amy throughout the last 6+ years; Aerial Fitness, Bungee, Reformer Pilates, Power Plate, Cirque, Circuit, and Core Align. I'm always impressed that each week she has a really well thought out plan for the class that changes & evolves and is customized to my skill level. I really appreciate that she encourages me to push harder at working out without putting too much pressure on me. I feel comfortable taking things at my pace when needed or asking for modifications if a workout is too hard at first. Amy responds really well to that and modifies her approach to work up to that level of difficulty. Amy keeps class fun and we always have good conversations and listen to great music! I highly recommend taking classes with her.
