About Marcia
KaribbeanKraze is a land and water dance fitness program teaching you step-by-step Caribbean dance moves to Caribbean music and afro beats with total body exercises. This workout is for all fitness levels that will strengthen, tone, build stamina, and shred fat! Be prepared for parties, weddings, and carnivals while learning original Caribbean Style line dances called KrazeLine.
I have been in the fitness industry since 2013 when I started in aqua therapy from a ruptured disc in my neck. I am a certified instructor in group fitness (SCW Fitness), PKFIT and a HiYo Aqua HIIT. I also started my own company (KaribbeanKraze on all media platforms and website) in 2018 where I am the lead choreographer and instructor.
I enjoy feeling free when I dance and helping others on their health and wellness journeys. Aiding in the mental, emotional and physical well-being of others is very fulfilling. I was on a walker and cane for 4 years so I took my experience, love for dancing and music as well as my Jamaican background to create a program to keep myself healthy and share my gift with the world.
