Diane

I was a student of Brittani's and I loved taking her class. She took extra time to explain which muscle groups we were working. The class varies between cardio and strength training as well as stretching and diet and relaxation tips. Brittani's teaching is very consistent and she is very dedicated to training you. After I graduated she threw an amazing party for me and I received a wonderful gift of exercise clothing to keep me motivated. Brittani really cares about your health. I thank her for all she has done for me.
