Low Impact Intense Zumba Fitness for everyone.
Motivating and inspiring people working toward health goals especially beginners. Wether the goal is weight loss, strength gain, stress or depression relief or energy gain, its just rewarding to be able to provide an outlet to help meet these goals.
First let me start by saying, Zumba has improved my physical, mental and emotional health. I discovered it at a time in my life when I was heading into a very dark place almost reaching 400lbs on the scale. Since I began Zumba in 2012 I have lost over 80lbs!
I've made more friends than I could ever imagine. I can do things that I could not do before. I can jump,I can run,I can squat, I can do push ups,I can literally fit in places I never did before and more importantly I am happy and confident. I can feel my life expansion grow every time I do a Zumba class!
My friends and family know how passionate I am about Zumba.They have seen a difference in me beyond physical.
I have been so inspired by the many instructors I have met at Zumba classes and by other people whose lives have been changed by the Zumba fitness program! If I can do it, so can you!

I explain how one can be successful with me. I make them feel at ease and assure them they can get through the class.
I had various people in my classes.Kids,Young Adults, Seniors and developmentally challenged. Also people with knee and back problems.
Not every Zumba class or Zumba instructor is the same. Every class and instructor is unique in style. If the first , third or fifth class leaves you feeling discouraged keep trying different classes, I gurantee you will find a Zumba class you will enjoy and feel productive in. Above all else, do your best and dont feel like you must follow the instructor to the "T". Try to have fun, enjoy the music and keep moving!
Recenty a person came into one of my Zumba sessions and told me she had tried taking Zumba man times but felt they could not keep up. SHe told me, with me she felt productive.
