About Madrinha
I am a professional Dance instructor for over 19 years. I am skilled in a wide variety of dance styles such as: Egyptian Classic and Modern Egyptian dances, Persian Gulf dances, Shaabi, Nubian, Saiidi , Persian classic dances etc. prop work such as wings, zills, sword, veil, cane, meleya.
Watching my students grow and develop their own style and confidence in themselves.

In a one-on-one session, the student is asked prior to the lessons on what thier specific dance goals are and what they are looking to accomplish or focus on. Each student is approached differently and work according to thier needs.
I work with women, children and men. Current ages range from 6 to 76. I also work with individuals with special needs.
Look for a teacher who has an extensive dance resume and had trained with many noteable instructors. Find a teacher who is highly skilled in a variety of Middle Eastern Dances and can explain the history and background of each dance and origin. Technique is key and start with a Beginner class that teaches strong dance fundementals.

Details
Drop in classes start at $15 per hour. Private lessons start at $60 per hour. Most students that schedule private lessons purchase monthly packages Offered in packages of 2 or 4. The price is discounted with the amount of classes purchased. I also offer monthly Unlimited Belly Dance package for $130.00.
