About Lorri
Hello everyone! My name is Lorri. I have been working with young children for 15 years now. I have been a teacher for multiple age levels in a daycare, nanny, camp counselor, Online English teacher for 18 months and a mom for 7 years. I have a passion for teaching and engaging little learners to make learning fun. I enjoy coming up with a fresh approach for problem solving and memory games. I have my Bachelors Degree in Psychology, with heavy concentration in Child Development. I hope to form long lasting relationships and get children engaged and excited for learning!
I love working with children! It is so fun for me when they understand a concept and it really clicks with them. The excitement they show from learning new content is simply magical.

I like to take the first few minutes of class and find out a little bit about my students. I usually ask about what they did that day, or what they are going to do later that day. I also ask about favorite color and favorite food. I like to get a sense of their abilities through questions and then tailor the lessons to fit the child's own unique learning style.
