About Elena
I have been tutoring students of all ages since I was about 15 years old. I think the best way to optimize learning is by getting to know the individual student and assessing the best teaching style that works for them. Every child's mind is unique, mass education doesn't always fulfill these individual needs. It is important to have a strong foundation and this can be achieved through using topics the child is interested in to get them to enjoy the writing process, not dread it. I am not a professional teacher but I am going into my third year of college as a Criminal Justice and Psychology double major. You can find me on Facebook.
