About Marina

I am currently a junior in high school in AP literature. I know what fellow students are feeling and searching for during these times. I have achieved honor roll every year I've been in high school.

I would love to pass my knowledge along that I have gained in my years of school. I am a very social person, I love the idea of bonding while teaching someone younger.

I signed up for this tutoring program during the pandemic so I could use my skills in english to help kids in need of it, and save up money for college.

I am currently in high school. I am enrolled in AP Literature and a wide expanse of english electives. I have always had strength in my english classes, I would love to pass on what I have learned and help out kids that need it!

About the lesson

I will get to know my new students personally and educationally. I want to gain an understanding as to what they need educationally and how I can make it engaging and fun for them.

I have helped out my fellow students in school time and time again, and I am currently signed up to be TA for 10th grade english starting next year. I am great with smaller elementary school children, and also would love to help out students in middle school and high school!

A recent event I am quite fond of is spending a weekend with my mom, just the two of us! We watched cheesy 80s movies and it was just a relaxing experience.
