About Brandon
Being a Golf Academy of America graduate and having the privilege of studying and coaching at GolfTEC gives me insight on aspects of the golf swing that aren't understood nor applied in coaching today. Game Plan, that's what separates me! Understanding what you expect from golf lessons helps me to meet those goals, too many times I see people giving up on golf because they had no road map for improvement. Video-based feedback helps you and I both to monitor progress. I ll assign you homework through an online database that records all of our lessons and attach drills, if you don't improve its because your not picking up a club outside of our lessons. With over 1200 lessons taught during my time with GolfTEC I've seen it all! Desire does not determine your destiny but discipline will.
Golf is a grind! Let's face it, we start with the highest of hopes on the range and end with a disappointing ”if I just wouldn't have flopped that chip, hit that ball OB and made that putt I would have scored X” My enjoyment comes from watching students GET IT, the light bulb moment. Helping people enjoy the game of golf is one of my life's passions! Golf isn't easy but when you understand what you're trying to do in the swing and understanding how to play the course you find an unspeakable joy!
Long story but I’ve always enjoyed encouraging people and see people improve at the hearts desires. My love for golf brought it around full circle. Had a chance to go to the Golf Academy, which I worked really hard to graduate from, that drive in myself inspired me to share that with others. Coaching was a natural fit.

If you've never picked up a golf club, my first question is what's got you interested in golf? Followed by ,tell me what you know about the game, terminology, rules, etiquette, equipment, the golf swing. That conversation helps me understand where we need to start.
If you are already fimiliar with golf, terminology ,rules, etiquette, equipment and etc then we start at your knowledge level. I still will what to know the “Why” Why golf lessons and what do you hope to get from these lessons. We ll take a couple of videos of your swing to help us the diagnosis swing faults and starting points.
From our initial conversation I will develop a Game Plan, I have 15 steps to progress the video of your swing and your end goals will determine where we start. I can’t give all 15 steps publicly but I have them on paper for any of my clients.
With over 1200 lesson taught, every kind of student. Collegiate, 70 year old men, high school player and junior camps.
Find someone you communicate with well, understanding is the start of all progress. Put 10 coaches in a room and most of them won’t see eye to eye on Every aspect of the golf swing. There are a lot of ways the hit a golf ball, a lot of ways to coach and not one size fits all. Nothing will replace working for your goal, no coach is a miracle worker. A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Be specific about what changes your wanting to make. If you hit the ball to the right every time don’t say you want to be consistent, if you hit right every time that’s pretty consistent. Talk about how you want your ball to fly, right to left or left to right. Ask yourself, what does the golf ball do that I don’t want it to do any longer. That’s a great start.

I will diagnonsis your swing faults and show evidence to support the diagnosis and what corrections could be made to improve the trouble. You will have online access to this record for future review.
