We bring our golfers through a comprehensive physical assessment to determine strengths weaknesses and how the body moves. This assessment allows us to create a game plan to put our golfers in the best position to succeed.
My students range from juniors to clients in their 70s and 80s. also Division I athletes with aspirations of going pro and your every day amateurs.
Make sure they understand how the body works and they understand the dynamics of the sport you are playing
