About Rene
I am a Certified Instructor in Medical Qi Gong with Zen Wellness through the Dong Han Daoist Clan based in Korea. I love teach the miraculous art of qigong to beginners and advanced. I am love to teach students how to master their own qi and watching their continual growth. The first step I focus on is for students to experiencing feeling good in their bodies. The qi gong flow teach stimulates this process. The result is a reduction in pain to increase of pleasure and happiness. After this we move onto advanced qigong training as well as Tai Chi that increase qi in a relax state. The highest goal is to have students experience traditional Daoist Internal Alchemy. I am currently teaching on line but soon will be teaching in groups and in private.
