About Alexis
I was practicing martial arts from 6 year old, Judo, Karate, Kung fu ke hsiao, shaolin Kung fu were some of the martial arts that I learned, I am the founder of the kung fu system kam Lung Tao (the way of the golden dragon). I opened my first Kung fu school in 2002, currently I’m the owner and Kung fu master of MACSFIT GYM. My passion is practice and tech martial arts and help others to understand the art of defense and empowering their minds and bodies thru Kung fu
