I just started with the desire to help. I had a heart attack when I was 29 and it's what led me to learning how I got myself into this and more importantly, how to get myself out without using complicated programs, systems, or gimmicks that just don't work or are unsustainable.
I am certified through National Council of Strength and Fitness.
I am also a Health Coach and Strategic Interventionst (through Tony Robbins - Chloe Madannes)
