About Jay
I have been motivating others to train, since my high school and college football years.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, A USA Boxing Coach, Golden Gloves winner. I at one point trained 3 consecutive Missouri Basketball Player of the year, along with a Final Four competitor among some of the highligts of my training history .
