About Ali
I am a Boxing/ Strength training instructor at Equinox.
I have authentic yoga background being an indian decent and i use the movements to fix any lower back/shoulder mobility issues.
I am a professional paid fitness model. I know how to get the job done

I put you thorugh assesments to see what needs fixing and where you strength lies. We then do drills to get the body use to moving like the proper athlete.
We can start incorporating techniques to train the instincts and go deeper into training the skills.
Alot of core will be involved!
