W mold young men and young people. Without full understanding of who they are and their full capabilities they may never reach their full potential. At Big man we aim to change all that. Football is our forte, but young men are the facet we work in.
The Big men on the football field often get overlooked but not here, we target the offensive and defensive lineman specifically because they are the most important people on that field. Technique, heart, desire, discipline and technique again are our main focus.
We also train every single other position known on the football field.
I have been always been a leader and often times people are asking me how. Whether its on the football field or in a corporate office, I have always been the go to for people who needed to know or learn something.
I played football at Elizabeth City a state University.
I coach football at Charles Herbert flowers High School.
I coached in PG vs SWAC all star game just to name a few of my credentials.
I was taught the art of boxing by a pro boxer and I continue to train everyday to hone my own skills and improve.

We always find out what the know first. We fine tune everything they know starting with the basics. No two people are the same but the techniques that are effective never change. We plan to instill all values necessary to play football successfully.
All ages, races and sizes. As long as they come to me with heart and work ethic, we can improve together!
Be ready to work and learn, the more we learn we realize that we know nothing at all. Come ready so you do not have to get ready.

Coach Hamp is overall the best coach a person can have. He’s knowledgeable, intelligent, relatable, hardworking, charismatic, and so much more. With him being my coach for 3 years, I’ve learned a lot about life in general. It’s more than football. He stressed that, with us being black men in America, he made sure to teach us everything a father figure would. I love and appreciate everything he has done for me and the people around me. He’s more than just a coach. He’s someone I can always count on to steer me in the right direction.
