About Tarika
I adjust my teaching to match the students pace! Because I am a recent college graduate, I have a greater understanding of what topics students struggle with and which study strategies to employ in order to improve understanding and reach individual goals. I am eager to help students and am very flexible to changes, especially during this COVID-19 time!
I have a deep passion for science and medicine and greatly enjoy sharing this passion with eager students!
I am a new tutor who has recent experience tutoring students in STEM subjects through an online platform.
Recent University of Washington graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Recently scored in the 98th percentile on the MCAT (100% percentile in both the biology/biochemistry and chemistry/physics sections). Online volunteer tutor at UPchieve tutoring underserved students in biology, chemistry, physics, and math.
