About Leah
As a current college student with 6+ years of tutoring experience, I have endured a long college journey, but my final destination landing me with a elementary education major. All K-12 material is workable for me. I specialize in the sciences, have a deep desire for math, but am proficient in all subjects! I have worked with a variety of ages, from kindergarten all the way to seniors in high school. I get to know each student individually as well as get to know their personal goals. I will do my best to provide quick, concise responses for those in a hurry, and slow, methodic teaching for those looking to understand the material on a deeper level. I welcome parent feedback and will alter my methods based on parental goals as well. My goal as you child’s tutor is not only to get them understanding their material, but grow to enjoy it. This may not always be possible but hopefully a sense of accomplishment is acquired! I can’t wait to hear from you!
