About Gabriella

I have a Bachelor's degree in Math and am currently enrolled in my Master's program for Data Science. I love teaching and sharing my knowledge in an engaging and stress-free way.

I like knowledge, I like knowing things. Knowing things is the best feeling. I am passionate about knowledge and sharing it. I am the type of person to give you your random, useless fact of the day.

I have a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Wingate University. I am enrolled in my Master's degree program for Data Science. I tutor my two younger siblings, one of whom is Autistic. I also was a supplemental instructor during my time in undergrad.

About the lesson

I like to give a preliminary questionairre or "quiz." Nothing serious. Nothing stressful. Just a way to gauge what my student knows and does not know. I like to get to know the student and how they feel about what they know and do not know. Sometimes not being able to learn is due to a lack of connection to what they are learning. I want them to feel like I am their friend and not any more superior. Once we get comfortable, I will start teaching them more advanced topics, maybe even too advanced but sometimes this methods evokes new perspectives.

I have worked with students of all backgrounds. I have great experience with individuals with Autism and BPD. I am patient and understanding of all situations.

Trust us when we use unorthodox methods for teaching. It's not always about intelligence but ability to connect.

I recently got accepted in my Master's Program at University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
