About Prieya
As a current student of Queens college and whose majoring in computer science, I have quite an experience with Mathematics. Starting with high school, I was able to get A's in all my mathematics classes, from Algebra 1&2 to Geometry. In college I took a big step in calculus by taking the hard way out which is choosing the two sections of calculus instead of three sections. This option was only allowed for students who had prior knowledge of calculus. Nevertheless, I was able to pass these classes with B's. Aside from school, I've been tutoring family members for the past few years. I had also been a co-teacher and mentor at most of my jobs. I was co-teaching kindergarten at ps 11 and was able to push my students into participating in activities. I was also a mentor at PS 62, where I mentored 4th grader's in mathematics and other subjects. I would be happy to help students of any age to gain more knowledge in mathematics and be able to have the ability to solve any equations in the future.
