Experienced tutor in Mathematics in Renton, Hsiao-harng offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Hsiao-Harng is extremely knowledgeable. I had a terrible teacher in my business calculus class and I struggled quite a bit. I worked with Hsiao throughout the quarter and I ended up getting an A on my final and an A in the class overall. Thanks for all the time, dedication, and flexibility for finding a way to work with my schedule and helping me succeed in the class!

We found Hsiao to be an excellent tutor. My son needed extra help for his AP Physics 1 class and the AP test. I really appreciated that Hsiao set a steady pace for my son to work (my son likes to rush through things) and gave him the chance to think about and work through the problems first before stepping in with the solutions. He was always on-time, prepared, and flexible about the schedule on top of being patient and kind. He also had some great general study tips for science and math classes that were hugely helpful. My son got an A out of the class and did extremely well on the AP test. I would highly recommend Hsiao for a physics tutor!

What a difference a great tutor makes. I recently hired "Shiau" to help a stressed-out young adult student friend of mine with college level algebra and he completely "aced" it. On time, flexible and excellent at explaining complex math concepts to anyone at any level. He is very easy to talk to, personable and professional. I would recommend him to any student who may be struggling and anxiety ridden about any math-related course of study. Shiau has an advanced degree in physics, understands his subject matter thoroughly and he is able to leave students with a new sense of competence and understanding.

Hsiao was great. My son connected with him and understood his instructions. He helped my son catch up on all of his missing homework and pass his algebra class. I will definitely request his services again. Thanks again!

Hsiao is the best tutor. Not only is he knowledgeable, he's patient, kind, and great at making sure the student understands. He's extremely reliable and available.

Great first tutoring session! — Hsiao-harng taught my daughter. who is a senior in high school taking AP Physics and AP Calculus, this evening. It was her first session with him and she said it was great! He is very knowledgeable and capable in both of these topics, and is the best tutor she has ever had for them. Past tutors from other places never have had advanced enough knowledge (especially in Physics) to help her very well. She likes his personality too. Friendly and helpful! We are signing up for more tutoring with him for sure. ~
