About Stacie

My name is Stacie Sims. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Arts of Science and my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am certified to teach general and special education. I currently teach high school Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. Before becoming a high school teacher, I taught grades 3-6 math and science. While teaching I explain the material in a way that is easy to understand, and if it doesn't work then we will try another way. I like to include students in the lesson instead of me doing all the instruction which makes the lessons student centered. I like to relate the problems to everyday life and students' interest to help students understand the concept of the lesson.

About the lesson

Mathematics lessons offered by Stacie are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Stanton. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
