About Aleticia
Hello! I am happy you are reading my profile and considering me to meet your meditation needs! I am excited to work with you to bring about peace, stillness and contentment. I work with students who are just beginning a meditation practice. Together, we will meet in zoom sessions and practice meditation tailored to fit your needs. I am a lifelong meditation practionner who has begun to teach the practice of Vipassana, one of the oldest meditation practices in India. Together, lets seek inner peace and happiness. Namaste
I enjoy witnessing personal growth and to hear about the stories from my students how the practice has effected their lives and shifted their perception.
