About Abbey
I have been a Certified Personal trainer for roughly 6 years. I have loved watching my clients start from no fitness experience at all to feeling confident to walk into a gym or attempt a half marathon. I have seen my clients who have been training for years with no results see results as soon as 1 month and feel better. I love helping others. I am a registered nurse in Tampa + have a past of coaching OrangeTheory as head trainer.
I have been an athlete my entire life and found my passion training others to become stronger and more confident !
I have my NASM certification as well as 6+ years of experience. I was also a Division 1 swimmer all through college!
