About Jake
We are a team of former collegiate athletes. Well rounded and skilled in variety of conditioning and strength training. Experience on all levels from young and old to amateur athletes to professional athlete.
Love helping people change their lives. Life is busy, stressful and lonely at times. Exercise and nutrition are so important to building confidence and longevity. Everybody is different. Shapes and sizes vary so your program has to be tailored to you. One thing any possible client has to realize is we are going to work hard. Expectations for hard work, dedication, commitment and sacrifice are at the core. This is not just about changing your physical appearance. The game changer in all of this is your mindset.
